The location is favourable, 1 mile from Reason. The staff are attentive and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The building is nice and the rooms are functional and incredible with kingsize bed, cooking facilities, wardrobe space.

Perfect and excellent location close to Watergate Complex. Close to restaurants and bars. Nicely decorated and well-appointed unit with pillowtop beds. A huge variety of excellent options for meal.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed our family stay. The room was spacious with a lovely view. Although the carpet had an odor, the staff's efforts to assist were commendable. The hotel's proximity to the metro was a huge plus.

Location -- only a 5-minute walk to the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metro station.
The hotel struck me as graduate/law students' living quarters flipped to be a "hotel". The room panels, pop corn ceilings, small bathroom, and loud elevator noise, all reminded me of my old college apartment. And no breakfast? The only perceivable advantage of this hotel is just location.
